principally to the energy and manufacturing sectors for the last 15
years. In the UK, his clients include BP, Innogy, RWE, Virgin and UBS.
Overseas, he has worked in Trinidad and the Middle East for national
oil companies. His strength is coaching individuals and teams to
deliver results in an organisational context. He is a founding partner
and leads the energy sector for Aurora Experience. |
DJ Brown

DJ has a varied background in computer science, analysis and
medicine. He has spent the last seven years as an implementation
consultant across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals,
energy, utilities and manufacturing. He has played a significant role
in many change and improvement programmes with clients that include BP,
Holcim, BG, SESW, and BE. His focus is on linking leadership capability
and process improvement. He is a founding partner and leads the
healthcare sector for Aurora Experience. |
Woody Charles

Woody is an entrepreneurial independent business consultant with twelve years of providing subject matter expertise and business advice to C-Level concentrating on the Higher Education, Healthcare/Pharmaceutical, Not-for-Profit and Government sectors. He has worked for the City of New York, Aetna Health Inc, Training Associates. He is a member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC) and the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). He has a masters from Long Island University in Public Health Administration.

Mats is a telecommunications industry and IT specialist with over
15 years of experience consulting in technology, professional services
delivery and business development. His emphasis is on new service
implementation within technologically challenging and fast-moving
environments. Mats is Executive Director & Founder of Cymagi, a
business and IT process consultancy based in Antwerp. He was Director
of Delivery at Empower Interactive and Service Offering Manager at CTG
Inc, where he played a key role in setting up a new e-business
division. He brings significant technological and sector expertise to

| Margot Corbin | Margot is a human resources and change management professional who
has been an internal consultant and HR Director for organisations
including American Express, Johnson Wax and National Westminster Bank
for 15 years, and an external consultant for six years. She brings
particular expertise in different contemporary methodologies of
business process and change, and has used these to practical effect in
managing change processes around global strategy in organisations, in
the UK, Europe, Asia and US. She has worked in most business sectors -
including financial services, banking, FMCG, professional services,
telecoms, and retailing. Her clients include American Express Asset
Management, Anderson Consulting, Channel 4, Coutts, Five, HP
