Becoming a Partner
The partner network represents a growing community of highly experienced
coaches and consultants who work together on client projects, share their
experience and re-invest their learning into the continued development of
the Aurora Experience.
Becoming a partner involves:

Being invited by an existing partner and satisfying the rest of the network of the requiste skills and experience.

Satisfying the existing partner network of the requisite skills, experience and attitude during a formal interview and assessment centre.

Undertaking the Aurora Experience training programme to understand the principles, the 6 stage approach and to become confident in delivering each module.

Becoming an accredited coach in order to support the Aurora Experience.

Understanding and comlpying with the licensing arrangements that protect and enhance the value of the Aurora Experience.

Complying with the network’s charging structure in order to maintain commercial integrity between partners.

Being open to supervision from other partners so that complex client relationships are effectively supported.

Having work audited to ensure that the standards associated with the Aurora Experience are maintained.

Sharing the learning from delivering the Aurora Experience with the rest of the partner network.
