How we work
We provide a curriculum of experiential learning, teaching and coaching to simultaneously develop the capability, performance and sense of ownership necessary to become a first or best organisation. We have deliberately translated our own research and learning into a menu of activities so that it can be delivered internally where there is sufficient OD capability and tailored to meet individual company needs. We can also support implementation through either a coaching relationship with Aurora Experience or in partnership with us providing one or more dedicated Client Guides.
