We work through a combination of experiential learning, teaching and facilitated workshops, supported by non-directive coaching. This means that our clients learn about
and implement change themselves.
Our clients progress at their own pace, according to their own capability and capacity
We work simultaneously with organisational systems, leadership capability and business processes to deliver a lasting improvement in performance. We use a modular approach during each stage of the Aurora Experience, working on site only when needed so that our clients own the process and the results.
Each stage consists of a series of activities constructed from the exercises, lessons and conversations necessary to deliver the right experience for the client.
Each activity is supported by standard material that can be modified to meet the needs of an individual client. The modifications and lessons from each activity are fed back to continually improve the Aurora Experience.
