As part of our expansion, we are seeking capable individuals to satisfy the growing demand for the Aurora Experience, a methodology designed to help organisations become first or best in their industry by developing a culture of performance ownership.

We are interested in talking not only to partners who have significant client development and project management experience but also to senior consultants who have taken a lead role in the delivery of change projects. We also want to hear from people who are at the beginning of their consulting careers.

We are seeking people who can enthuse and excite clients using their imagination and creativity and who have the intellect and commitment to help them achieve first class results. We want to find people who are looking to derive a sense of purpose and meaning from their consulting career - people who want to do something worthwhile for their clients.

Your past experience and knowledge will be invaluable, but what is really important to us is finding happy, motivated individuals who will contribute to making our organisation a really great place to work - so that we become a role model of the Aurora Experience for our clients.

The Process

We ask all our applicants initially to submit a CV and covering letter by email to recruitment@auroraexperience.org

Our next stage is an informal interview, lasting about an hour, with one of our existing partners.

If successful, candidates are then invited to an assessment event. This takes place over a whole day, and allows candidates to spend time understanding the Aurora Experience organisation and its offer in more detail. We also ask candidates to undertake some exercises and further interviews in order for us to make a more formal assessment of skills, experience and attributes.
