Aurora Experience publishes evidence of culture change October 10, 2006
Having been working closely with a prestigious private hospital to create a culture of performance ownership for over 18 months, Aurora Experience is proud to publish the results of the structured opinon survey of culture in the organisation, which shows that opinions of both leaders and non-leaders are more positive about the working environment. The entire organisation reports better communication, better teamwork, better leadership and - importantly - a big shift in belief that the culture of the organisation sets the standard that others aspire to.

Coaching is key to transforming culture April 27, 2006
Aurora Experience creates a new culture of performance ownership through a blend of teaching and coaching, backed up by experienced consultants who can help to implement new ways of working across an organisation. We emphasise the importance of coaching as a means to embed new practices and beliefs within an organisation. We would cite the example of John Lewis Partnership’s attempt to shift their culture from one of ‘command’ to ‘empowerment’, reported in this months People Management magazine.

Aurora Experience to present paper and workshop at 3rd Middle East Brand Manager Forum April 13, 2006
Aurora Experience will be presenting a paper and hosting a workshop at the 3rd Middle East Brand Manager Forum 17 - 20 Sep 2006 in Dubai, UAE
The paper will concentrate on how brands not only represent an organisation’s products and services in the market place, but are also an expression of the purpose of the organisation - and so have a significant influence on employee commitment, behaviour and ultimately, the bottom line.
The Aurora Experience is designed to help organisations become first or best in their sector by enhancing the relationship between employee commitment, customer satisfaction and financial results. The paper, “Internal Branding – Involving Your Employees To Build Your Brand, Change Their Behaviour And Impact Your Organisation’s Bottom Line”, will use case studies from a range of sectors to explore this relationship and the impact that internal branding can have on performance.
The Workshop will give an opportunity for delegates to play “The Growth Game” - a systems game that powerfully demonstrates the relationship between human behaviour, customer satisfaction and financial results.
